HR Administrator - Lytham

I am working with a growing business based in Lytham for a HR Administrator role on a Full Time, Permenant basis. This is a busy and varied role where you will work within a HR team where you will be required to:

  • Accurately prepare and process monthly payroll within timescales.
  • Maintain accurate electronic payroll and HR records for all employees, including managing amendments to contract and the leaver and starter process.
  • Carry out HR administration processes, preparing letters and documents in line with legislation and company policies and procedures.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for all queries into HR, both face to face and through the HR and Payroll mailboxes, responding and managing resolution.

My client is looking for someone with a positive approach to work with the ability to use their own initiative and work pro-actively. The salary will be £20,000 to £24,000. If this role sounds of interest, please send your CV for immediate consideration.
