HR Administrator - Hybrid Working

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: LeylandSalary: £20000 - £25000 per annum

I am currently supporting a growing client of mine in their recruitment for a HR Administrator. This is a busy and varied role where you will work as part of a wider HR team on the following areas:

  • Acting as the initial point of contact for all queries into HR, both face to face and through emails
  • Maintaining all HR files and the HR system
  • Processing variations to employee terms and conditions
  • Managing the onboarding administration for new employees, including obtaining references and carrying out screening
  • Preparing HR letters and note taking during meeting
  • Supporting the recruitment process, coordinating the candidate's journey and planning ways in which to attract the best talent for the business

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have previous administration experience from within a HR environment. It is essential that you are able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
