HR Administrator

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: ConwySalary: £25000 - £30000 per annum

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Administrator to join a successful and growing company as part of their HR team. This role will be based at the client's office in the Conwy area, with the opportunity to do a day or 2 per week from home.

This is a busy and varied role where you will work on the following:

  • Acting as the initial point of contact for all queries into HR, both face to face and through internal mailboxes
  • Delivering professional and confidential HR administrative support to the team
  • Managing and maintaining employee records and files including processing variation to contracts when required
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post for the HR team
  • Delivering the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the best experience as a new member of the team
  • Organising and supporting events for the business
  • Involved in the full recruitment process from attracting talent to arranging interviews
  • Preparing all letters or contracts for any changes to employee terms and conditions e.g. flexible working
  • Processing starters and leavers, ensuring all documentation and paperwork are complete

The ideal candidate for this role will have significant experience as a HR Administrator and will therefore be able to hit the ground running. I am looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a professional approach to work and the ability to use their own initiative.
