An opportunity has come up for an experienced Administrator to join a thriving organisation in the Manchester area. This role will be working as part of a wider HR team and will include general admin tasks as well as getting involved in transactional HR duties…

More about the role:

  • Support and work with the wider HR team to ensure the smooth running of the function
  • Support the administration of new employee offers
  • Assist with the onboarding process of new employees
  • Update the HR system with employee changes, e.g., adding/removing employees, address changes etc
  • Create and maintain electronic and hard copy personnel files
  • Production of letters & forms relating to employee matters
  • Support the administration of offboarding employees
  • Run monthly annual leave and absence reports
  • Administer employee benefits, including adding/removing employees as required
  • Administer and monitor Risk Management and Compliance Training
  • Track and arrange general training through the business
  • Update and maintain various trackers
