An opportunity Lead on a HR function alongside leading its strategic direction to meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and deliver the people strategy in support of business goals and objectives
  • Provide strategic input to support business-wide decision making
  • Responsible for the full employee lifecycle
  • Coach and develop senior managers to ensure consistency across the organisation
  • Coordinate the leadership development programme
  • Lead and coach the HR team
  • Continuous improvement and embedding of all people policies and processes
  • Work collaboratively with the wider business to ensure attraction and retention of the best talent

As well have having relevant strategic HR experience the successful candidate for this role will be a true people person, able to demonstrate a successful career in HR with a proven track record in driving a people and culture agenda.
