Group Financial Accountant

Group Financial Accountant

Based: Altrincham

Salary: up to £55k DOE + bonus + benefits including free food/drink, private healthcare, free parking

Our client is a rapidly expanding, exciting, fast paced and entrepreneurial group of companies. With a passion for growth both themselves and within their clients, there is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join in this role and grow with the business. We are looking for an ambitious candidate looking to develop their career working in a fantastic finance team

Role:

  • Preparing group consolidated management accounts and reviewing monthly MI packs
  • Preparing monthly management accounts for multiple businesses
  • Year end audit and statutory accounts preparation for 4 companies
  • Preparing monthly flash reports for review by FD and CFO
  • Providing support to group companies if and when required
  • Reconciling intercompany balances
  • Ad hoc project work and reporting to support where necessary


Experience:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified - either first time move from practice OR Financial Accountant
  • Audit and statutory accounts preparation experience essential
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivated and keen to learn
