Graduate/ Trainee Accounts Administrator

Based: Blackpool

Salary: £21,000- £23,000

Our client is a fantastic, family ran business who have provided services to hundreds of customers throughout the North West for over 20 years.

Becoming a well-known name in their industry, they have grown from strength to strength over the years and keen to continue growing. We are now actively looking for an Accounts Administrator to join the team on a full-time basis.

Role:

  • Providing administration support to the finance team & Directors
  • Purchase ledger duties - matching invoices to delivery notes
  • Preparing sales invoices customers weekly and dealing with any queries
  • Filing - invoices, credit notes
  • Credit Control duties - chasing payment from customers
  • Sales ledger - inputting invoices and keeping up to date
  • Assisting wider business when required and if needed

To be considered you must:

  • Have general admin experience
  • Knowledge of invoicing is essential
  • Experience working in a fast paced business
