Fulfilment Manager

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: BoltonSalary: £30000 - £32000 per annum

An opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly growing B2B Supply Chain team within a reputable FMCG organisation.

You will be responsible for the fulfilment and delivery to all customers by ensuring we have the stock to fulfil our contracts.

The role:

  • Engaging with suppliers and managers to ensure shipment dates and quantities are met and match the demand plans
  • Effective management and in-depth reporting of an agreed range of KPI's
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to help deliver an efficient Supply Chain strategy
  • Communicate forecast variances and root causes of discrepancies to the leadership team

What you will need:

  • A comprehensive understanding of supply chain and previous experience of working with Suppliers
  • Experience of stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Highly analytical approach to work, ability to identify risk and implement mitigation strategies

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of B2B/Distribution ways of working
  • Management of budgets
  • Strong excel skills/capabilities
  • Experience of managing a team
