Executive Assistant / Office Co-ordinator - hybrid working

I am currently supporting a client of mine with their search for an Executive Assistant/Office Co-ordinator. This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking business based in the Kirkham area. Reporting into the Operations Director these are the things you will be responsible for:

  • Providing an efficient, effective and confidential service to the Executive Team
  • Being the first point of contact for the Executive Team
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings
  • Booking and arranging travel and transport
  • Organising events
  • Preparing reports and presentations
  • Liaising with employees, suppliers and client
  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis
  • Dealing with visitors to the office

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have previous office/executive assistant experience. Being well organised, proactive and having excellent attention to detail are all essentials for this role.
