Who are the business?

Our client are a manufacturing and supply business based in Morecambe who are looking for an Office Manager who is happy to turn their hand to areas of Finance, areas of Compliance as well as General Administration. For this role, we need someone who can handle a busy job role and who knows how to prioritise!

What will I be doing?

Duties for this role will include:

  • Keeping company records and policies updated,
  • Keeping updated with the latest Health & Safety legislation,
  • Coordinating employee training and keeping records of qualifications,
  • Assisting with payroll queries,
  • Credit Control - chasing payments and resolving customer queries

What experience do I need?

Experience in a similar role is essential, but the role doesn't need to be identical!

As long as you have administration experience and are organised - you may be suitable for this role!
