Finance Manager

I am currently recruiting for a values led employee owned business who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager/Financial Controller to support the Head of Finance. Heading up a team of four you and your team are responsible for ensuring accurate accounting, managing budgets, analysing financial performance, and providing strategic insights to support the company's growth. Key focuses will include:

  • Creating and developing budgets, analyse variances and predicting financial performance
  • Work alongside the Head of Finance and exec team to develop and implement financial strategies to support growth
  • Preparing financial information to regulators, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and oversee the audits Lead, develop and motivate the finance team
  • Championing their key values

I'm looking for someone who is Qualified or at Finalist stage, someone who is comfortable with working in an SME which requires a proactive resourceful approach and ideally you will have worked in a regulated environment. This role would suit an experienced or aspiring Financial Controller.
