Our client is a leading provider of energy systems to businesses across the United Kingdom. The business provides a full commercial, design, installation and management service. Our client is a fast growth business in a fast growth sector. The Finance Manager will be required to help take the business forward by fulfilling the greater level of activity generated by the growing demand whilst laying down the foundations of the Finance organisation to allow its further expansion.


As Finance Manager you will be reporting into the Managing Director and duties will be as follows:

  • Management and control of the Company’s financial operations, its processes and the related internal and external reporting requirements
  • Driving the financial results
  • Produce management accounts
  • Forecasting and cashflow
  • Statutory reporting
  • HMRC reporting
  • Conduct a formal Board Report to the Group Company Shareholders on a monthly basis
  • Provide input to the strategy and development of the business to produce a profitable fast growth trajectory
  • Support any relevant corporate activity going forward.
