Finance Administrator

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: WiganSalary: Up to £26000 per annum

We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our client, a successful company in Wigan. This is a well-rounded role, looking for someone who is technologically minded and studying ACCA / CIMA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • VAT and sales reports on a monthly basis
  • Payroll
  • Sales ledger - issuing monthly statements, post cheques & bank receipts
  • Credit Control - issuing weekly CC reports to sales managers and Excel reporting
  • Purchase ledger - matching and batching, calculating end of month payments to suppliers
  • Accounts preparation work
  • Nominal analysis in Excel and overtime analysis

Experience with Excel, Microsoft Office is crucial, using Syspro / Pegasus Opera is also desired.

The ideal candidate will be flexible in their approach and down to earth. The ability to prepare monthly demo stock audit sheets in excel is ideal. They will have strong admin skills and will assist in the smooth running of the office wherever possible.
