I am working with a fantastic and reputable organisation located in Blackburn who are looking for an experienced HR professional to join their team. This person will ideally have heavy ER experience and have dealt with many low level and more complex cases.

What does the role involve?

  • Working as part of a wider HR team Providing extensive knowledge of Employment law, policies and practices
  • Providing HR support and guidance and acting as an internal consultant to support the wider team
  • Proactively managing formal and informal ER issues
  • Providing clear interpretation and advice on HR policies and procedures
  • Advising on a range of employee related matters such as annual leave entitlement, sick pay, bonus
  • schemes, performance management, maternity and many more ER matters.
  • Supporting with ad hoc projects
  • Working closely with Managers and stakeholders across the business
