Employee Engagement and Communications Manager

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: ManchesterSalary: £45000 - £55000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employee Engagement Manager to join a growing business based in Central Manchester. This role will sit in the HR and Talent team and will be responsible for delivering a cohesive and coordinated engagement strategy across all internal and external communication channels. This role will support with the creation of the EVP and will take the lead on delivering employer brand activity, creating brand engagement.


The role will coordinate and support the internal engagement group, as well as delivering targeted activities for diversity & inclusion and wellbeing. It will also manage the delivery of an annual engagement survey and pulse surveys, including action planning and review, with department leaders. The role will be responsible for managing all internal and external team communications channels (intranet, social, newsletters, emails, events etc.), to ensure a consistent tone of voice and branding.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have relevant experience on the employee engagement and communications side. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels throughout the organisation using engaging and effective methods is essential.
