Early Careers Manager - North West based with Hybrid Working

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: PrestonSalary: £28000 to £35000 per annum

I am currently supporting a hugely successful and growing business with their search for an Early Careers Manager. This is a brand new role where you will partner with Managers across the business to ensure their student programme is delivered efficiently, is well organised and adds maximum value to both the students and the business.

Below is an overview of some of the things you will be responsible for:

  • First point of contact for all students during their training contracts
  • Liaising with Managers to allocate students to different departments
  • Liaising with the Talent Lead to ensure effective onboarding
  • Co-ordinating the training programme, liaising with external stakeholders
  • Co-ordinating the enrolment of all training
  • Devising individual study plans for the employees
  • Establishing internal student networking groups
  • Providing regular updates to the business on student progress
  • Processing exam results

This is a busy and varied role where you will need to be well organised with excellent attention to detail, as well as having excellent communication skills.

Please note this is a hybrid role but some presence in the office is required.
