Customer Services Administrator

An exciting, ever-growing business based in Bolton are now recruiting for a permanent Customer Services Administrator to join their team, paying £21,000pa. The organisation are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can provide a great customer experience in order to keep up with their successful reputation.

Please see below an overview of your key responsibilities:
* Providing accurate quotations for their products in order to send to their customers - attention to detail is a must!
* Work alongside the commercial team to assist with any other tasks deemed necessary in order to offer them support.
* Provide an exceptional service to their customers, understanding their needs by liaising with them via telephone and directing them to the relevant department.
* Day to day administration duties in order to make sure their database is organised and kept up to date

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Good clerical and administrative capability
* Computer literacy
* The desire to progress and develop professionally
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy
* Must be flexible to work every one in five Saturdays
