Customer Service Representative x4 - Office Based


Based: Rossendale
Salary: Starting £20k+ dependant on experience (if you have got telecoms experience this could be up to 24k)

Our client is a highly successful telecoms company that have been established for almost 30 years. They are currently a supplier to over 1200 UK organisations and are currently embarking on a large growth plan to develop their business further. As a result, they are providing the opportunity for ambitious, driven individuals to be part of an exciting company and develop their careers in customer service and sales.

Role:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries over the phone, giving advice on products and promoting additional sales - providing excellent customer service throughout
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and clients while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • To communicate effectively to other members of the team
  • Complete various administrative duties while adhering to company standards
  • Troubleshooting both technical and non-technical issues, providing effective resolutions for customers and suppliers
  • Keeping records up to date, logging faults and enquiries



The ideal candidate will:

  • Ideally have 1 year+ experience in an office based customer service environment
  • Have experience in telecoms and business to business interactions
  • Be an ambitious, driven person that is open to opportunities for personal growth and progression within a growing company
  • Maintain a positive, can-do attitude when communicating with clients and customers
  • Have a strong work ethic and ability to accountability for their actions
  • Be able to work continuously on a task until completion and to the highest standard
  • Be a natural communicator both in person and over the phone, demonstrating the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and clients
  • Be able to deliver effective solutions to any issues, queries or challenges faced, resolving problems logically and professionally
  • Have strong time management skills and the ability to manage their own workload effectively
