Customer Service Advisor/ Specialist

A large, luxury brand organisation are seeking a Customer Service Advisor & a Customer Service Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis, with the potential for this to last longer. Paying a highly competitive salary of £20,000-£25,000pa dependant on previous experience, this is a great opportunity to further expand your customer service skills, working with a prestigious client base. This role will be based in the office in Walkden, Salford.
The purpose of the role is to provide outstanding customer service and professional advice to the company's clients, relating to all aspects of aftersales. Please see below an overview of your duties:

  • Provide professional customer service to customers via a number of communication channels, including telephone and email
  • Provide technical advice over the phone regarding repairs and turnaround times
  • Always go the extra mile for clients, providing enthusiasm and empathy at all times
  • Maintaining and updating the in-house customer database, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
  • Dealing with any customer complaints to the highest standards
  • Work to a standard of excellence at all times, working towards deadlines & SLA's
  • Any other duties as required



The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience working within an office-based Customer Service role
  • Excellent computer skills including all Microsoft packages
  • Be polished and professional when liaising with clients
  • Be reliable, hardworking and able to work towards deadline
  • Be able to work within a fast paced environment with high attention to detail
