Based: Preston

Salary: £18,500-£21,500 Dependant on Experience

Our client is a highly successful global online retailer. Their award winning products are sold worldwide and manufactured by their expert members of staff here in the UK. Our client is in the process of a long term growth strategy to further embed themselves in the premium market. As a result, they are looking for their next intake of passionate Customer Service Advisors to jump on board and play their part by delivering excellent service to their valued customers.

Role:

  • Primarily office based role where you will be communicating with customers via telephone, email, social media and live chat to answer any queries and provide guidance in a professional manner
  • Assist customers through the purchasing process - providing support and advice both pre and post purchase to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Treat customers with respect and care at all times, ensuring every customer receives the help and information needed to walk away satisfied with their purchase and overall experience
  • Order processing duties including processing payments, refunds, upgrades and amendments

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience in a fast paced and office based customer service environment (could consider candidates with no office based experience)
  • Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Be able to work continuously on a task until completion and to the highest standard
  • Be a natural communicator both in person, over the phone and have exemplary written communication on email, demonstrating the ability to provide incredible customer service at all times
  • Be able to deliver effective solutions to any issues, queries or challenges faced, resolving problems logically and professionally
  • Be an adaptable individual who can work both independently and within a team of diverse backgrounds and can cater to the needs of different customers knowledge/experience levels
  • Computer literate with strong organisational and admin skills
