Customer Service Advisor

I am working with a well established and reputable company located in the Bolton area who are looking for a number of Customer service advisors to join their team on a permanent basis.


The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience working within a busy and fast paced contact centre/ office
  • OR have very strong customer service experience in retail or hospitality
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Passionate about customer services, with an empathetic attitude and a genuine desire to help people
  • The ability to multi-task
  • Great attention to detail


In return you will receive:

  • £19,000 - £22,000 DOE
