Customer Service Advisor

I am working with a Bolton based Claims company who are looking for up to 3 Customer Service Advisors to join their team! This is a really exciting opportunity to join a growing company who are looking to progress and develop all their staff.

This role is a varied position with a range of key duties and responsibilities. Please see below an overview of the role and what it will entail.

  • Liaising with customers on the phone about a wide range of queries - Insurance claims, property claims, inbound calls, liaising with customers, clients & contractors
  • Maintaining the highest levels of professionalism when speaking with clients - provide knowledgeable, sympathetic advice
  • Updating the customer database accurately
  • Provide great customer service over the telephone
  • Other duties are required


The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Great communication skills both written and verbal
  • A finance related degree - whether that be in accounting, economics, maths or similar
  • OR a background in Banking/ experience working in a bank
  • Be reliable, hardworking and professional, and endeavour to provide the highest levels of customer services

In return you will receive the following:

  • £20,000-£25,000pa dependant on experience
  • Company bonus scheme
  • Health insurance after qualifying period
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (increases with service)
  • Progression and development opportunities
  • Home working available after training completed
