Customer Service Advisor

Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Immediate Start)

Location: Bolton

Salary: £20-21K

Hours: 8-4:30pm Mon - Fri

I am working with an exciting manufacturing business based in Bolton who are leaders in their field, looking for a Customer Service professional to join their support team providing 1st line support for their customers across the UK and Europe over phone and email.

The role involves…

  • Providing telephone support, performing problem diagnosis and fault logging
  • Liaising with various teams in the business to log issues, arranging maintenance visits and replacement part purchases
  • Ensuring all relevant paperwork and compliance is issued for faulty products and parts
  • Working on an internal CRM as well as multiple supplier web portals
  • Monitoring data and bug reporting, producing regular support activity reports for management

The ideal candidate will have…

  • Experience working within a customer service role
  • Excellent communication both verbally and written
  • Previous experience and confidence working on IT systems and spreadsheets
  • The ability to work to deadlines, ensuring punctuality at all times
  • The flexibility to work on a shift pattern
