Customer Service Advisor

Customer Service Advisor - Full-Time Permanent

Based:Burnley (Hybrid Working after a successful training period)

Salary:£18,500 + Annual Bonuses

My client is a large technology distribution company based in Burnley. They are looking for their next intake of committed and focussed Customer Service Advisors to join their team. This is the opportunity to work within a fast paced and growing company, offering the chance to take additional courses and progress further in the business and build upon your career.

Role:

  • Communicating with customers both over the phone and over email
  • Liaising with relevant internal teams when dealing with customer enquiries
  • Liaising with various teams including sales, warehouse and couriers
  • Chasing payments and processing returns for customers
  • Inputting onto the company database - organising and updating any relevant data and reports using spreadsheets
  • Ad hoc admin duties
  • Adhering to company procedures and guidelines at all times when completing various tasks
  • Any other duties as required by the business

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have experience working in a customer focussed environment or a recent graduate with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Be extremely computer literate and competent in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Be a confident communicator both over the phone and face to face
  • Be ambitious and driven in attitude and able to strive towards achieving their KPI's
  • Have key organisational skills with the ability to manage a large workload
