Customer Service Administrator

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: OrmskirkSalary: £20000 - £24000 per annum + benefits


A fast growing fashion business based in Ormskirk are seeking a permanent Customer Service and Administration Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis, paying up to £24,000pa. This organisation are set to double their turnover this year, and are looking for passionate and hardworking individuals to join their team to help drive this growth. Please see below an overview of the role.
Key responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the customer service activity within the business
  • Resolving customer queries via a number of communication channels - phone, emails, live chat and social media
  • Processing customer returns on the system
  • Order processing
  • Liaising internally with the warehouse team to track orders and returns
  • Working collaboratively with the small team internally to ensure that customers are getting the best service possible
  • Ad-hoc duties as required


The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience working within a Administration or Customer Service capacity
  • You must be computer literate and able to use Microsoft applications
  • You must be highly organised with great communication skills
  • An outgoing, positive personality, with a great work ethic and willingness to get "stuck in"
  • Professional and personable
  • Passionate about further development and progression
