Customer Relations Manager

Opportunity:

My client is an e-commerce business located in Knowsley, Merseyside. They operate in a diverse range of B2B and B2C sectors and currently have nine websites spanning several industries some of which need an amazing, knowledgeable individual to drive sales and further growth.

Working with some of the best-known brands in their respective fields in the UK, we have an extensive supplier portfolio and large catalogues to manage and administer.

They are looking for a key individual to bring their Customer Service system knowledge to their business and implement best practices in Customer Service Excellence.

This needs someone who likes a challenge, like to make a difference and be recognised as the person who brings new and exciting levels of Customer Service and Customer Journey experience to the business.

Role:

  • An accomplished and results-oriented professional with experience in operations and customer service excellence.
  • A record of optimising operational efficiency, driving customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing results.
  • Overseeing various aspects of operations, including inventory management, and process improvement.
  • Adept at resolving customer queries and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional service and achieving organisational objectives.
  • Skilled at working effectively with different departments to coordinate information, resolve problems, and support their daily operational needs.
  • Managing and maintaining a portfolio of several hundred products across multiple online marketplaces and channels
  • The willingness to learn the product and the business inside and out and applying this to other areas of the role, including competitor analysis and looking for new opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • The ability to self-manage workloads and meet deadlines
  • Experience and confidence working within a similar online eCommerce business is a requirement.

Experience:

  • You will embrace making proactive and positive decisions while reporting directly to directors
  • You will work to ensure our websites & marketplaces are operating at their full potential.
  • This role is ideal for someone who wants to take projects and tasks from concept to completion and see the results of their work.
  • This role also offers future career growth within the company.
  • This will only suit someone who has worked in an e-commerce business environment or office based environment, we are not looking for candidates from bricks and mortar retail.
