An exciting, ever-growing business based in Bolton are now recruiting for a permanent Customer Coordinator to join their team, paying circa £20,000pa. The leading organisation are looking for a resilient individual with great administration and customer service skills in order to keep up with their successful reputation.

Please see below an overview of your key responsibilities:
* Daily contact with relevant contractors and maintaining a good relationship with them.
* Working with other departments in order to assist with any other tasks deemed necessary.
* Liaising with customers to identify their needs and to offer them the support they need.
* Answering phone calls and directing them to the relevant department.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* The ability to work as part of a team
* Computer literacy
* Well organised and the ability to prioritise tasks
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy
* Must be flexible to work every one in five Saturdays
