Credit Controller

Credit Controller
Based: Bury
Salary: up to £21k dependent on experience, excellent benefits and business

Role:

  • Managing your own ledger, ensuring all customers adhere to payment terms
  • Developing relationships with customers and solving any queries concerning their accounts
  • Recovering outstanding debt by means of repetitive chasing
  • Identify and monitoring customers who pose financial risk
  • Sending overdue customers for escalation working within strict credit control processes
  • Identifying ways to improve current processes and procedures - highlighting to management
  • Ad hoc reporting and administrative duties from Manager



Experience:

  • Experience of Credit Control (at least 12 months)
  • Motivated and enthusiastic
  • Keen to learn, develop and progress
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
