We're ideally looking for someone who has recently worked in a Credit Controller vacancy, is skilled at building relationships over the phone and thrives in high volume environments!
Who will I be working for?
You'll be working in an environmental services business close to Runcorn. The business is currently going through a big change as they merge multiple businesses and systems into one. This means that right now is a really exciting time to join the team!
What's the role?
A Credit Controller position.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of customers to ensure they pay in accordance with the agreed terms
- Using both phone calls and emails to chase overdue payments from clients,
- Building strong customer relationships,
- Assisting in the reconciliation of customer accounts, as well as resolving queries.
When and where will I be?
You'll be based in the office five days a week to begin with, just to make sure you've understood all the training you're being given and ensure that you're fully confident in your role - after this point, you'll be able to work one or two days at home, if you enjoy hybrid working!
