Contract Administrator

A dynamic and exciting Recruitment business are seeking a permanent Contract Administrator to join their team, paying up to £24,000pa. This organisation offer unrivalled benefits, including uncapped holidays, monthly and quarterly social events and even have a pet friendly office, and this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Administrator who is looking for work within a growing firm.
The purpose of your role is to provide Admin Support within the Contract team, ensuring candidates are screened, compliant and ready to start new roles! Please see below an overview of your key responsibilities:

  • Onboarding of Contractors & Temp Workers including contract creation, ensuring contracts are signed on time and all of the details are correct
  • Liaising with consultants regarding updates on placements
  • Update internal and external systems
  • Ensuring contractor payroll is accurate and that contractors are paid on time
  • Be responsible for the compliance, ensuring excellent attention to detail and reporting any compliance risks to Managers
  • General administration tasks as required


The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Administration experience, working in a Contract Admin/ Coordinator role would be highly advantageous
  • Be a driven personality, with the ability to work using your own initiative and take accountability for your work
  • Be a social person who enjoys interacting with customers on the telephone
  • High attention to detail
  • Reliable and hardworking


In return, you will receive:

  • A competitive salary of £20,000-£24,000pa (could be flexible for someone with like for like Contract Coordinator experience within a recruitment firm)
  • Flexible working hours - 37.5 hours per week but start and finish times can be flexible
  • Hybrid working - the ability to work from home once fully trained, but this organisation have a great, pet friendly office based in Spinningfields
