Business Development Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join us on a permanent basis. Our Head Office is based in Bolton just off the M61 (over half working week visiting clients across the North West )

Four Recruitment has been established for over 12 years. We are an award-winning, specialist recruitment agency based in Horwich, Bolton covering the whole of the North West in terms of temporary, contract and permanent vacancies across a range of markets, Finance, HR, Exec to name a few. You will be working with a range of companies from SME's right up to global businesses.

Launched back in 2008, we have aim to dramatically increase the size of the business over the coming years. Despite being in uncertain times we believe there is real opportunity for us to grab market share and strengthen our position as the recruiter of choice for many organisations

Role:

  • Develop the sales and marketing strategy for the business, identifying business needs, market potential and innovative strategies for long term success
  • Develop a strategy to focus on target sectors and target customers in line with company objectives
  • You will be responsible for promoting the full range of products and services offered by us
  • Research and analyse the industry, market, and competitors to make informed strategy decisions
  • Create initiatives to take advantage of market opportunities
  • Pro-actively promoting the Four brand and services in our target/current marketplace
  • Developing existing client relationships with the aim of creating new revenue streams

Experience:

  • Proven experience in a Business Development role
  • Experience of sales within the service industry
  • An excellent communicator with a consultative and solutions focused approach
  • Track record of generating and maintaining key client relationships
