Business Development Manager

A global technology business are looking to grow their Sales team. Reporting into the Operations Manager you will get exposure to the full sales process from selling the solution through to the integration of the product. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Building extensive working knowledge of the B2B platform
  • Researching businesses to identify potential new customers
  • Contacting new customers to gauge interest and arrange initial meetings
  • Meeting new and existing customers to build strong relationships
  • Thorough tracking and reporting on prospects
  • Identifying and building relationships with recognised organisation who can act as channel partners
  • Onboarding new customers
  • Negotiating commercial terms and discussing pricing options
  • Work to a set of agreed KPI's
  • Collate data from client feedback to continue to develop the products
  • Collaborate with the marketing team so you have appropriate material to support the sales process
