Business Development Executive

Business Development Executive - Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Preston

Salary: £18,000-£23,500pa + Uncapped Commission + Various Monetary Incentives

I am currently recruiting for a number of driven customer service/business development executives to join an ambitious and growing company in Preston. This is the opportunity to join a fantastic business that pride themselves on core values of fairness and transparency at all times.

Role:

  • Communicating through inbound/outbound calls to provide an educational service and give expert advice to the ever-growing and varied client base
  • Preparing quotations for clients depending on their needs
  • Secure ongoing business with existing customers by building lasting relationships professionally and positively
  • Managing your own workload
  • Playing a key role in the developing and delivering the business strategy
  • Utilising the company systems and performing ad hoc admin duties as required

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Be from an office-based environment including customer services, call centres, sales, business development, account managers, client relationship managers, or driven graduates
  • Be IT literate and able to pick up new systems with a great degree of ease
  • Be driven and focussed, willing to take on new challenges
  • Be a confident communicator both in person and over the phone, able to engage with a variety of personalities
  • Be naturally ambitious and able to show initiative, sharing ideas with the team and motivated to succeed
