Business Development Executive

Business Development Executive

Based: Bolton (North West travel)

Salary: highly dependent on experience, generous commission scheme and excellent benefits

Four Recruitment have been established for over 13 years, launched back in 2008 we have continued to grow year on year with 2021 being our best year yet in terms of staff numbers and revenue, including 5 record breaking months for the business. After an amazing first half of the year, we are now looking to grow our business development team. We are looking for ambitious, driven, business minded individuals with a real hunger to succeed. Reporting into the Head of Business Development your role will include:

  • Researching businesses, individuals and industry trends to identify potential new clients
  • Contacting potential new clients over the phone, LinkedIn and email to gauge interest and plan meetings
  • Preparing client presentations and materials, including PowerPoint and sales displays
  • Meeting new and existing clients in person
  • Build strong relationships with clients to maintain business and to build a portfolio of new customers
  • Onboarding new clients and develop long lasting working relationships
  • Negotiating business terms with new clients
  • Attending networking opportunities including conferences and industry events
  • Working to a set of KPI's to monitor performance and grow business
