After a record-breaking year, we are expanding rapidly and have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, driven individual to join us as a Business Administration Apprentice. You will be based at our Headquarters in Horwich and will play a crucial part in the support function of the business on a daily basis, while working towards your formal accreditation.

What will you be involved in?
- Processing new applications and adding these to the database
- Formatting CVs for the relevant consultants in a timely manner
- Inputting data and information onto our company system ensuring candidate and client information is accurate and up to date
- Acting as the first point of contact for any visitors at the office, providing a welcoming reception and providing refreshments
- Taking phone calls, answering any queries, taking messages on behalf of consultants/directors or transferring calls through to the relevant team member
- Getting involved in the company social media pages
- Sending out mail shots to clients and candidates
- Collecting compliance from potential candidates, including Right to Work documents and our registration forms, and uploading these to the system
- Responsible for general upkeep of the office
- Searching the job sites for potential candidates
- Collating market information and communicating this to the wider team
- Ad hoc duties including the weekly shop, photocopying/scanning and updating the networking calendar
