Billing Manager

Billing Manager
Based: Bolton area
Salary: highly dependent on experience PLUS Bonus and excellent benefits


Our client are a leading, European services business who have grown rapidly over the last few years. The group are highly acquisitive and with further acquisitions planned, we are actively looking for Billings Manager to come in and make a real impact, improve processes and drive growth within the business and the team.


Role:

  • Manage billing team giving training and development where needed
  • Process daily cdr's from supplier portals
  • Import cdr's to billing system
  • Process rejections on billing platform to ensure all received charges are passed onto customer
  • Ensure Charge queries, billing checks and billing activities are completed on time by the team
  • Distribute invoices to customers by email & post
  • Produce Invoice files for internal system
  • Produce and distribute accounts & direct debit feeds for credit control
  • Complete return to work forms for any staff in team that have been absent due to sickness
  • Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations
  • Undertake effective time management and completions of set tasks
  • Build effective inter-departmental working relationships
  • Understand Health and Safety policy and procedures
  • Provide any requested monthly/weekly reports on time and accurate
  • Additional ad-hoc reports and duties


Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous management experience
