Location: Sale

Salary: £20,000- £25,000

We are currently recruiting for a Billing Administrator to join a fantastic, established company based in Sale, due to continued expansion. The role will have responsibility for the billing for all aspects of the business including the accurate and timing processing of Sales Invoices for specific accounts. This is a fast-paced role, where you will be required to be forward thinking, with the highest level of accuracy.

Duties include:

• Responsible for accurately billing specific customer accounts in line with agreed SLA and customer agreements
• Deal with any queries arising with customers relating to invoices raised
• Understand the rate / charging framework for each of the accounts that you are responsible for
• Ensure accounts are up to date with relevent information and data
• Ensure invoices are raised in a timely manner
• Support with the implementation of new policies and procedures

• Good customer service skills are essential
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A positive and proactive approach
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrate an enthusiastic approach with the ability to use own initiate to solving problems
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Competent with Microsoft Packages and have a professional telephone manner
