HR Administrator - hybrid working

I am currently recruiting for a HR Assistant to join a service sector client of mine based in Blackpool. Working as part of a wider HR team you will take responsibility for the following:

  • Being the first point of contact for HR administration queries
  • Supporting Managers with the recruitment and selection process
  • Ensuring all compliance checks are completed for new starters
  • Co-ordinating probationary review meetings
  • Updating the HR system
  • Co-ordination of all training
  • Diary management
  • Assisting with the preparation of payroll information
  • Liaising with external benefit companies
  • Supporting the HR team with other administrative duties

This is a busy and varied role where being well organised and having meticulous attention to detail are essential. My client is happy to consider candidates with either HR or general administration experience.
