An exciting and dynamic business based in Manchester City Centre are recruiting for a permanent Operations Executive to join their team, paying £20,000-£22,000pa. Please see below an overview of your key responsibilities:
Providing comprehensive administration support for your colleagues
Database management, filing, scanning and copying
Arranging travel and accommodation for staff members
Meet and greet visitors coming into the Manchester office
Meeting coordination including arranging catering
Managing office consumables
Assist with organising company events
Help to contribute to the smooth day to day running of the office
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Previous experience working within Administration or Reception, Must have experience working in an office environment
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Great attention to detail
Be a confident self-starter who is able to work using their own initiative
Great computer literacy
