Job Title: Administrator
Salary: £23,000

Who are we looking for?
The requirements for this role are quite open. This is a junior position and therefore our client is happy to look at someone who is looking for their first position in administration!
All we need is someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, the ability to work to deadlines and work under pressure - if this sounds like you, this role is a great opportunity to start your first role in admin!
Who will you be working for?
We are working with one of the UK's leading independently owned investment management specialists who are looking to recruit an Investment Dealing Administrator
Full training will be provided.
What's the role?
Day-to-day administration within the business.
You will get involved with the following duties:
(Please don't panic - you aren't expected to have experience with them!)
- Identifying process enhancements and demonstrating and testing prior to implementation
- Supporting the team with establishing full procedures and controls,
- Inbox monitoring and responding to queries,
- Liaising with stakeholders
When and where will you be?
You'll be based in the client's office in Bolton three days a week and the other two days can be worked from home! Their working week is also only 35 hours!
