Administrator

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: SalfordSalary: £22000 - £25000 per annum + Benefits



A large, luxury brand organisation are seeking an Administrator to join their team on a 12 month FTC basis. Paying a highly competitive salary of £22,000-£25,000pa dependant on previous experience, this is a great opportunity to further expand your customer service skills, working with a prestigious client base. This role will be based in the office in Walkden, Salford.

The purpose of the role is to provide comprehensive E-commerce support to the end customer, professionally handling any queries and administration duties as required. Please see below an overview of your key responsibilities:

  • Act as the key point of contact for all E-commerce customers from the company website
  • Work efficiently on the software applications to provide great customer service - systems include SAP, Sales Force and other CRMs etc
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that stock levels match up to current range and availability
  • Monitor daily orders to prevent fraud
  • Suggest website improvements and resolve website issues highlighted by customers
  • Inputting orders on the system
  • Work internally with logistics to ensure orders are prioritised and sent to customers in a timely manner
  • Assist with general enquiries
  • Produce and distribute reports
  • General admin and other duties as required



The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience working within a previous Administration role
  • Excellent computer skills, experience working on SAP or similar would be highly desirable
  • Able to produce reports for senior management
  • Be reliable, hardworking and able to work towards deadline
  • Be able to work within a fast paced environment with high attention to detail
  • Highly professional
