Administrator

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: ManchesterSalary: £20000 - £22000 per annum + Benefits


A UK leading business based in Manchester City Centre are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis, paying up to £20,000 - £22,000pa dependant on experience. Supporting the Account Managers, you will be liaising with high profile clientele, acting as a key point of contact between all parties. Please see below an overview of your key responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming requests and queries from customers in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Answering phone calls and emails quickly and efficiently
  • Liaise with customers to organise reactive work that is taking place
  • Raising job requests on the system
  • Liaising with customers, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Producing reports for the Account Managers
  • Manage the day to day requirements of ongoing projects, including providing regular updates
  • General administration duties



The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience working within a fast-paced Administration role
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office packages
  • Outstanding organisation skills and the ability to work towards tight deadlines
  • Be able to multitask and prioritise your own workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
