Accounts Receivable Clerk
Location: Trafford
Salary: £18,000- £22,000 dependant on experience

We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant that has prior experience of all accounts receivable duties, to join a business based in Trafford, on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will join a team to ensure accurate reporting and procedures are carried out to in order for the accounts receivable function to run smoothly, whilst providing updates for the Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring invoicing is accurate and processed within the required timeframe
  • Maintain customer accounts across multiple currencies, dealing with any queries
  • Ensure VAT is recorded correctly
  • Manage cash collections of outstanding receivables
  • Process bank receipts
  • Update cash flows for collections received/ forecasted

Previous experience within a similar role is essential, ideally with multi- currency accounts.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work towards tight time scales, whilst providing an excellent level of customer service.
