Location: Sale

Salary: £20,000- £25,000

We are currently recruiting a rewarding and stable opportunity to work within a fantastic, established company based in Sale, due to continued expansion. This position is working within the Billings team, having responsibility for the billing for all aspects of the business including the accurate and timing processing of Sales Invoices for specific accounts and assisting with office administration for the accounts team. This is a fast-paced role, where you will be required to be forward thinking, with the highest level of accuracy.

A suitable candidate for this position would be someone with office experience - with knowledge of customer service, administration or accounts all being suitable. We are looking for someone who can be a team player in a friendly team, there is a bonus scheme also on offer for consistent performance and length of service

Duties include:

  • Responsible for accurately billing specific customer accounts in line with agreed SLA and customer agreements
  • Deal with any queries arising with customers relating to invoices raised
  • Understand the rate / charging framework for each of the accounts that you are responsible for
  • Ensure accounts are up to date with relevant information and data
  • Ensure invoices are raised in a timely manner
  • Support with the implementation of new policies and procedures

The ideal candidate:

  • Good customer service skills are essential
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A positive and proactive approach
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrate an enthusiastic approach with the ability to use own initiate to solving problems
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Competent with Microsoft Packages and have a professional telephone manner
