Accounts Assistant

Job Role: Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant

Location: Bolton

Salary: £20,000

We are looking for a friendly and experienced accounts assistant to work for an exciting Bolton based company. We are looking for great attention to detail and strong administrative skills. An ideal candidate will be AAT qualified, or be QBE, and will have strong experience with Sage and Excel.

This is a great company with strong growth plans where you will be reporting to the financial controller and operations director. Clear communication skills and professional phone manner are vital.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating Financial Reports
  • Processing sales and purchase ledger invoices
  • Credit control - managing billing and payments.
  • Complete credit card reconciliations
  • Excellent computer literacy including Microsoft office and Sage50
  • Building strong rapport with clients via phone and email
  • Office support including administrative tasks

This role is looking for someone able to work full time hours however some flexibility is available.
