Accounts Assistant

Our exclusive client is looking for an accounts assistant to join them at a busy and exciting time! This is a newly created position due to changes within the business, so a great opportunity to make the role your own. Ideally you will have experience of working within a fast paced environment where excellent organisation skills are required. You will have keen eye for detail and be able to manage your own workload.

Some of the duties will include

  • Daily cash reconciliation
  • Post and allocate cash
  • Run CRM system processes to update ledgers with daily transactions
  • Work collaboratively with Customer Services and within the CRM system to manage and resolve customer queries
  • Manage ageing of Finance applications
  • Produce regular debtor and cash due reports
  • Send monthly customer statements
  • Daily purchase ledger tasks including posting invoices, supplier statement recs, credit cards and expenses, payment run cover etc.
  • Provide cover for other members of the Finance Team as and when required
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when required by the business
