Preston

Our client, a fantastic growing business based in Preston are looking to add an Accounts Assistant to their team on a permanent basis. This role would suit someone with good experience of the day to day transactional duties. Ideally you will be studying AAT or have 2+ years' experience in a similar role. You will be reporting to the Financial controller and the duties will be as follows:

Job Description:

  • Processing invoices - end to end process
  • Bank Recs
  • Analysis of P&L
  • Sales Ledger
  • Dealing with queries
  • Reconciling vendor statements and responding to vendor inquiries
  • Reconciling employee expense reports
  • Assisting with the month end process
  • Ad hoc duties to assist the finance manager

Requirements:

  • Experience on Excel
  • Ideally experience in a similar role
  • Ability to manage own workload
  • Immediate availability
