I am exclusively recruiting for a well known company that provide products to the leisure industry. This is a brand new role created due to growth and my client is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join his team of 6. My client is looking for a self-starter and someone with a can do attitude.

  • Bank posting and reconciliations
  • Reconciliations
  • Processing purchase invoices/credits & raising sales invoices/credits
  • Support with maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
  • Petty cash and company credit card postings and reconciliations
  • Collating and recoding employee expense claims
  • Managing the company bank deposit/change cards issued to field staff
  • Assistance with month end duties
  • Constant reviewing of systems and processes for more efficient methods
  • Other ad-hoc duties and reconciliations within the finance team



This is a great opportunity for somebody with all round accounts experience.
The ideal candidate:

  • A good knowledge and understanding of the accounting function
  • Good Excel Skills and competent on computerised accounting systems
  • Confident and adaptable
