Accounts Assistant/Credit Controller

  • Up to 23k
  • 30 hours per week - flexible to suit school times
  • Preston

Our exclusive client is looking for an accounts assistant to join them at a busy and exciting time! This is a newly created position due to changes within the business, so a great opportunity to make the role your own. Ideally you will have experience of working within a fast paced environment where excellent organisation skills are required. You will have keen eye for detail and be able to manage your own workload.

Some of the duties will include:

  • Bank reconcilliations
  • Allocation of finance sales credits
  • Run CRM system processes to update ledgers with daily transactions
  • Work collaboratively with Customer Services to manage and resolve customer queries
  • Manage and resolve PayPal cases
  • Process manual redemptions to trigger payment of cash due
  • Manage aged retail finance applications
  • Produce regular debtor and cash due reports
  • Investigate and resolve aged debt balances
  • Send monthly customer statements
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when required by the business
