You will support the Head of Finance with:

  • Processing invoices and expense claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Reconciling bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Supporting the Finance Manager in day-to-day accounting tasks.
  • Helping with credit control, monitoring outstanding payments and liaising with clients.
  • Performing general administrative duties related to finance and accounting.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within an accounting or finance department.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with numbers accurately.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the finance department.
